Going completely naked is often just done to show intimacy to someone but actually its an expression of freedom. Most of the showing this kind of freedom in public is often taboo and controversial, like is conservative christian countries.
But if you want to exercise this kind of freedom, there are different places that encourages us to do so. There's a lot of nudist beaches in Europe, and sanctions that act.
