What inspired you to launch your own website?
We wanted to achieve more than what we were already achieving, and capitalize on the internet growth
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
In 2006 our first sex toy website www.sabrinas-secrets.co.uk later was revamped to become www.sabrinassecrets.com
How did you decide on a name for your website?
My partners name is Sabrina, so we took this and put secrets after it, it sounded good and a little naughty so it suited

Our site www.sabrinassecrets.com is a Uk based adult sex toy site selling all adult goods such as vibrators dildos, bondage wear and loads more
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Well most sites of this nature offer similar product, we try and make our prices more competitive than most, this gives us a slight edge on most companies for certain products
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We would like to keep it for income and keep working at it to become more successful
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
At present it is pretty much break even we spend a lot of time listing products but as we are only a fairly new site in a huge market we do not expect any different.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would buy many top quality links and pay a team of proffesional developers to further our site
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes i believe we would, we would have to employ more staff, but i do think we could handle it
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
A well known high street sex shop, tried to file a law suit on us for trademark infringment, had to pay a sum of money and sign an agreement not to do it again, we were not to please.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to get our delivery time down, and to get better relations with our suppliers and customers
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Link building
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Theres more work involved than first thought
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Our main site has been up now for around 3-4 months, hopefully we can grow into a strong company and go on for many years.
